Our customers have a duty of care to operate the dispensing equipment safely to avoid spills, fire, and other incidents. There are heavy penalties to individuals and corporations who do not manage the prevention of spillage whilst refuelling. It is the sole responsibility of the vessel’s Skipper for all refuelling.
